Research in this area concentrates on two themes. The first focuses on developing the conceptual, methodological, and empirical bases for effective methods of integrating research results into the decision-making process of individuals, healthcare professionals, administrators, and those responsible for public policy. The second involves the evaluation of health technologies and care practices. The research team works closely with CHUQ’s Unité d’évaluation des technologies et modes d’intervention en santé (UÉTMIS). This group is also part of the Canadian Cochrane Network and Center.
